George McIntosh, EIT, Mech. Engineering Depart.
George has been with CEM Engineering since August 2016 as an Engineer in Training working on cogeneration feasibility studies. This has included preliminary designs working with PFDs, P&IDs and heat and mass balance diagrams. George has had prior experience with renewable energy systems and has been involved with cogeneration systems such as combustion gas turbines, internal combustion engines, steam turbines, and biomass gasification.
George developed a passion for energy use while growing up in Jamaica. This served as a catalyst for George to complete his bachelor of Chemical Engineering at McMaster University. He now continues his passion working with clients to achieve their energy and environmental goals.
